How does payment work?
Pay securely via Stripe (all major cards accepted). A VAT invoice is issued automatically on payment. Work starts the same business day payment is confirmed. No invoice chasing, no deposits, no complicated payment terms.
What if my project is more complex than the listed scope?
If your project requires additional work (larger drawing set, unusual specification, complex building type), we'll scope it properly and agree a revised fee before starting. No surprises after the fact.
What do you need from me to start?
For QS/estimating: PDF drawings (any scale), project description, preferred output format. For RAMS: scope of works, site address, plant/equipment. For contract review: the contract document. You'll receive a request for information from us within 2 hours of payment.
Are revisions included?
Yes — one round of revisions is included in all services, provided the scope hasn't materially changed. For example: if you update drawings, we'll update the measurement. If the project scope doubles, we'd discuss an amended fee.
Is DCS insured?
Yes. Digital Construct Services (trading name of Defonseka Ltd, Co. No. 13156487) holds Professional Indemnity Insurance. All deliverables are produced to RICS/NRM standards and referenced against current UK regulation.
